In order to complete your file I am enclosing herewith a copy of the letter sent by

the Admiralty to the Japanese Naval Attache about

the Singapore regulation governing the landing of

members of foreign fighting services.

I am also enclosing a copy of an

Admiralty telegram to the Commander-in-Chief,

China, together with the correspondence mentioned

in the last paragraph thereof, and a later

telegram, No.283, which has just been received

from the Commander-in-Chief.
